Day 1: Ouarzazate → Skoura → Dades Valley

Visit Atlas Film Studios (famous movie sets)
Explore Amridil Kasbah in Skoura Oasis
Drive through Valley of Roses (seasonal)
Sunset at “Monkey Fingers” rock formations
Overnight in Dades Gorge kasbah

Day 2: Dades Valley → Todgha Gorge → Tinjdad → Erfoud → Merzouga

Morning hike in Todgha Gorge (300m cliffs)
Stop at fossil workshops in Erfoud
Afternoon camel trek into Erg Chebbi dunes
Sunset over golden sands
Overnight in luxury desert camp (Berber drums, stargazing)

Day 3: Merzouga Desert Exploration

Sunrise over dunes (optional sandboarding)
Visit Khamlia Village (Gnawa music performance)
4×4 tour to nomad settlements & oasis lakes
Free afternoon to relax among dunes
Second night in desert camp or Merzouga hotel

Day 4: Merzouga → Rissani → Alnif → Tazarine → Zagora

Explore Rissani Market (ancient trading town)
Drive through Draa Valley’s palm groves
Stop at Tazarine’s lunar landscapes
Overnight in Zagora (gateway to Sahara)

Day 5: Zagora → Agdz → Ouarzazate

Drive through Middle Atlas Mountains, stop in Ifrane (“Little Switzerland”).
Pass through Cedar Forests (see wild monkeys in Azrou).
Continue via Ziz Valley to Merzouga (Sahara Desert gateway).
Camel trek into Erg Chebbi Dunes, spend the night in a desert camp (Berber music, stargazing).
