Only in Morocco for a few days but dream of the Sahara? Our 3-day desert tour from Casablanca to Merzouga is the fastest way to experience the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, with private transport, camel trekking, and luxury camping.

Day 1 – Casablanca

Flight from Casablanca to Errachidia at 10:40 PM. Arrival in the southern capital at 11:50 PM.
4×4 vehicles will be waiting to transfer guests from the airport to a hotel in the city for overnight stay.

Day 2 – Errachidia / Sahara Desert

After breakfast, the journey toward the Sahara Desert begins.
Enjoy the scenic drive through the magnificent Ziz Valley.Cross the black desert and relive the adventurous spirit of the Paris-Dakar Rally by following some of its former tracks. Stop to visit a local nomadic family and experience traditional mint tea prepared over a wood fire—an energizing moment to continue the journey.Visit the Fossil Mountain and have lunch in a traditional Berber house (optional).Continue toward the dunes with time to relax and enjoy the famous mint tea before meeting the welcoming hosts who will guide you to the heart of the desert.
Camels (dromedaries) will be ready and waiting to welcome their new riders.Begin a 1.5-hour camel trek into the desert and arrive at the bivouac camp just before sunset. Enjoy dinner by candlelight.
Accommodation in well-equipped desert tents prepared for tourism.

Day 3 – Sahara Desert / Rissani

Early risers are invited to climb the dunes to watch the unforgettable sunrise.After breakfast, return by camel to the edge of the dunes. The 4×4 journey continues to the village of Khamlia, where black Berbers from Sudan welcome visitors with tribal Gnawa music, played with drums and castanets—an energizing rhythm that often inspires spontaneous dancing.Continue to Rissani, a town known for its bustling live animal market. This traditional Souk is rich in history, once a vital stop for ancient merchants from West Africa trading agricultural and handcrafted goods.Return to the dunes area with an optional lunch at a local hotel.In the afternoon, enjoy the peaceful desert atmosphere or choose from optional activities such as quad biking, massage, or a visit to a traditional Hammam (spa).
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
